Permanent Jewelry Steps
1. Pick your chain
Choose between our wide selection of 14k gold filled and sterling silver chains.
2. Add some charm
Add charms or connectors to your bracelet, anklet or necklace.
3. Size and weld
Your jewelry piece is created and custom fit just for you.
4. Admire
Your jewelry piece is now finished and ready for you to admire.
Care Instructions
- Always protect your jewelry from high levels of chloring, sulfur, lotions, and perfumes as they may cause damage to your jewelry.
- Clean with warm water and a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly with a soft towel. You can also clean your jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth.
- We guarantee our weld for two months. If your chain breaks at the weld spot, please contact us to reweld your chain for free. You must bring your chain with you.
- Removal is easy. Just cut the jump ring (weld spot) with scissors or nail clippers.
- Although our pieces are durable, they are not indestructible. Please use care caution. The daintier the chain, the more fragile it is.
- We do not offer free replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost or snagged jewelry.
