SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Each piece of jewelry is handmade. Please allow 10-14 business days for your item to be handcrafted and shipped. Pickup is also available.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your clothing items to be shipped. Pickup is also available on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on the shipping option that you choose at checkout. USPS Ground Advantage takes approximately 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 1-3 business days. Please note, shipping times will depend on the location that the items are being shipped to.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the status of your package to update.
Once your items are shipped out, we are not responsible for any lost, missing, stolen or damaged items.
RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?
We are not accepting returns or refunds at this time for any jewelry pieces.
Clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of package. Please have the original receipt or packing slip and tags attached. Items that appear to have been worn, stained or odor will not be accepted. For sanitary purposes, bodysuits are final sale.

Do you repair jewelry?
Yes! If your Linx Hawaii jewelry ever becomes damaged, please contact us. Please send us a picture of the damage and we can assess if the piece can be repaired and provide you with a repair quote.
Do you have a storefront?
Yes! We have a permanent jewelry studio and boutique at the Queen Kaahumanu Center in Kahului, Maui.
